When Can You Return?
7-Day Return Window You have 7 days from the delivery date to return any product. It’s like having a week to decide if you really like your new purchase.
Unused Products Only Just like returning clothes to a store, products should be unused and in their original packaging. We need them to be fresh and ready for the next customer.
Original Packaging Required Keep all boxes, bottles, and packaging materials safe. Think of it like keeping the receipt – you’ll need it for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately. We’ll replace it faster than you can say “Awiclo” – no questions asked!
What Cannot Be Returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Opened skincare products (creams, serums, lotions)
- Used bath and body products
- Opened wellness and nutrition products
- Products past the 7-day return window
How to Return Your Order

Step 2: Get Return Approval We’ll send you a return confirmation email with instructions. It’s like getting a green signal to proceed.
Step 3: Pack Securely Pack the product safely in its original packaging. We’ll arrange pickup from your address – no need to go anywhere!
Step 4: Track Your Return We’ll send you updates via SMS and email, just like tracking a regular delivery.
Refund Process
Quick Processing Once we receive your returned product, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Think of it like getting your money back from the bank – it takes a little time but it’s guaranteed.
Same Payment Method Your refund will go back to the same payment method you used. If you paid by card, it goes to your card. If you used UPI, it goes to your UPI account.
Bank Processing Time After we process the refund, your bank may take 5-7 working days to show the money in your account. This is normal – every bank has its own timing.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. But don’t worry! You can return the product you don’t want and place a new order for what you need. Our lightning deals make sure you always get great prices.
Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we’ll fix it immediately at no cost to you. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll:
